About Us...
At Fairfield ISD, we believe that nutritious school meals are a main ingredient in students' ability to learn in the classroom. It's hard to focus when you're hungry. Our staff takes pride in providing meals that not only meet nutrition requirements, but taste great too!
Approximately 1500 student meals are produced in our kitchens each day. Members of our management team are Certified Food Managers and all department team members receive food safety training year-round to ensure safe food is served to our students. A strict food safety policy is followed district-wide.
We strictly follow rules and menu requirements set by both the United States and Texas Departments of Agriculture.
